01Nature of Services
Our platform functions as a professional medical facilitator and consultancy service. We are NOT a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. Any medical procedures, surgeries, treatments, or consultations are performed solely by our partner JCI-accredited hospitals and licensed medical practitioners in China. Our role is strictly limited to logistics, coordination, language translation, and administrative support.
02No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Interaction with this website, its staff, or the submission of inquiry forms does NOT establish a doctor-patient relationship. Professional advice and treatment plans can only be established through a formal consultation with a licensed physician at the destination hospital.
03Assumption of Risk
Any medical procedure involves inherent risks. While we select only the highest-tier partner hospitals, we do not guarantee the success of any medical treatment. Patients acknowledge that clinical results vary individually and agree that the financial, physical, and emotional risks of the treatment are assumed by the patient in conjunction with the medical provider.
04Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any medical malpractice, errors, complications, or negligence committed by medical staff or hospitals. We are also not responsible for travel delays, visa denials, or issues related to third-party providers (hotels, airlines, local transport) beyond our reasonable control.
05Accuracy of Translation
We provide professional medical translation for medical reports and during consultations. However, discrepancies in nuances between languages may exist. In the event of a conflict between translated versions, the formal medical report in its original language (Chinese) provided by the hospital shall prevail.
