Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of our medical facilitation services, including hospital bookings, visa invitations, and on-the-ground support. By using our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these legal conditions.
1. Facilitation vs. Medical Service
We are a medical facilitator. Your agreement with us covers logistics, language translation, visa assistance, and hospital coordination. Your medical treatment agreement is solely between you and the performing hospital in China. We are not responsible for the results of your clinical treatments.
2. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer
We provide official invitation letters from partner hospitals to support your visa application. However, we do not guarantee the issuance of a visa, as this is at the sole discretion of the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. Any losses incurred due to visa denial are governed by our refund policy.
3. Booking & Payment Policies
A service deposit is required to initiate the appointment booking and hotel reservation process. The actual medical fees are paid directly to the hospital in China upon your arrival, unless an inclusive package is pre-paid as per the signed individual contract.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations of concierge services (transport, translation) are refundable within 14 days of departure. Hospital-related surgical deposits are governed by the specific hospital's cancellation policy. We will assist you in processing any eligible refunds.
5. Post-Op Local Support
Our support includes coordinating post-operative recovery stays at partner hotels, follow-up medication procurement, and translation during recovery check-ups. We do not provide in-home clinical nursing; all medical interventions must be done at the clinic or hospital.
6. Governing Law
These service terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the logistics and consulting services shall be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings in the jurisdiction where our agency is registered.
